Deliveries to your country are managed by our affiliate couriers Postal, DHL or UPS. All shipments sent by PALMYTA are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.
Please be aware that shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch One-three business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

Palmyta has calculated its carbon footprint, i.e., the greenhouse gas (CO2e) emissions related to shipping. We strive to reduce our environmental impact, for example, by utilizing 100% renewable electricity in our operations and offering the Palmyta eco-packaging, while providing a luxury shopping experience. Although some CO2e emissions cannot be avoided or reduced, we support climate action by financing projects corresponding to our calculated CO2e emissions*.
